Follow these easy steps to order a custom made painting:

1.  Fill in the form below, be sure to include your email address.

2.  If you have a picture, scan it as a JPEG file and email it to stelsart@comcast.net.  If you

can't scan the picture, you can mail your photo to me at the address noted in step 7.

3.  When you have completed the form, click on the SUBMIT button.  Once I have

received your order you will be sent an email confirmation.

4.  I will review your order and email you a price for the work you have requested.  I will

require 50% of the payment in the form of a money order or cashier's check before I

begin painting.

5.  When I receive the partial payment, I will create the artwork.

6.  When finished, I will scan a portion of the final artwork and email it to you as proof

of completion.

7.  Mail your remaining balance in the form of a money order or cashier's check to:

8.  Upon receipt of payment, I will ship the artwork to you via FedEx along with your

original photo (if applicable).

9.  If you do not have an email address, fill out the form, print it out and mail it with your

partial payment.  Be sure to include a phone number where you can be contacted so I

can confirm your order.
